“ God be gracious to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us — Selah. 2 That Your way may be known on the earth, Your salvation among all nations. 3 Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You. 4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy; for You will judge the peoples with uprightness and guide the nations on the earth. Selah. 5 Let the peoples praise You, O God; let all the peoples praise You. 6 The earth has yielded its produce; God, our God, blesses us. 7 God blesses us, that all the ends of the earth may fear Him.” Psalm 67
Thanksgiving is a time to truly praise the Lord for his blessings. It is a time to strengthen relationships we share and to reach out to others. God’s blessings to us is not only for our own benefit, but He wants us to share and pass along the good gifts He brings our way. Continue Reading
With Thanksgiving fast approaching, I thought I’d share some thoughts regarding the Puritans.
When you hear the word, “Puritan”, what comes to mind? Is it an image of self-righteous, obnoxious, narrow-minded, humorless, witch-hunting, killjoy kind of person? I used to think that way, until I became a believer!

What was the Puritan’s solution back then? Go to America and create a purely Christian society for the world to see and follow. Continue Reading
Occult (in latin “accultus”) means to cover up, hide or conceal. The purpose is to deceive you.
Occultism is always involved with some contact with the demonic world.
One of the characteristics of occultism is that it creates a strange magnetism that draws the participant while, at the same time, frightens him. People are attracted to it and move into it, but always with some degree of fear and trepidation.
Demons and occultism work hand in hand. In fact, occultism would not exist without demons. If there were no demons, there would be no occult.
Here is some important information about the legend of the Jack O’Lantern. Continue Reading
Leviticus 19:31, “Give no regard to mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.”

Halloween, also called All Hallows’ Eve, dates back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain (pronounced sow-in). Today, in the United States, it’s a secular celebration where children visit homes and receive candies and other goodies, after the traditional greeting of “trick or treat.”
Let’s look back at the origin of this celebrated day. About 2,000 years ago, the Celts lived in the area that is now called Ireland, the United Kingdom, and northern France.
